General information

All offers are subject to change, there is no shipping enforcement. Vinexus Deutschland GmbH reserves the property of all goods that are delivered by the company to the customer until the final and complete payment of the purchase price and possible dispatch costs was made.
Until complete payment of the shipment a change of the delivery address has to be communicated unrequested in writing.
Order processing takes place in the order of their arrival respectively payment receipt.
Shipment takes place via a logistic partner.
Please notice: Wine strictly has to be received by people of full age. The buyer has to make sure that only people of full age (more than 18 Years old) receive the shipment.
There is a minimum order value of 30 but no minimum order quantity.
For orders with a value of goods less than 100 we charge a shipping rate of only 3,95 within Germany. Orders with a value of goods more than 100 are free of shipping costs within Germany (except cash on delivery).

Abroad shipment

Please notice: The 18 bottles carton (approx. 27kg) is the biggest shipping unit. Due to this the best possible utilisation of the shipping costs is achieved by 18 bottles respectively a multiple of it. For shipments outside the EU additional taxes, tolls or duties can occur. These charges are for customer account. As the case may be please ask us. For further information please contact your appropriate custom office.
For abroad shipments the shipping cost can decrease if the order contains more than 54 bottles. Due to this they have to be calculated separately. Please contact us for further information.
